Common use of Law of Property Act 1925 Clause in Contracts

Law of Property Act 1925. The provisions of the 1925 Act relating to the power of sale and the other powers conferred by Section 101(1) and (2) are hereby extended in relation to the Seventh Issuer (as if such extensions were contained therein) to authorise the Security Trustee at its absolute discretion at any time following the occurrence of a Seventh Issuer Note Event of Default and subject to the Security Trustee being indemnified and/or secured to its satisfaction in relation to the exercise of such powers:
