Common use of Launch Site Operations Clause in Contracts

Launch Site Operations. BATC shall support the launch operations campaign including provision of the test equipment and labor required to perform the launch site unpacking, Satellite checkout as defined by the WV I&T Plan, fueling, final mating to launch vehicle, launch, and repacking for return to BATC plant. Delays associated with BATC performance shall be at BATC expense. Any other delays shall be at DigitalGlobe expense. BATC will be responsible to support meetings for the purpose of coordinating launch site operations including joint operations with the launch services contractor. All efforts associated with reprocessing due to a cancelled or aborted launch shall be at DigitalGlobe expense.
