LAUNCH SERVICE Sample Clauses

The Launch Service clause defines the obligations and procedures related to initiating or deploying a product, service, or project. Typically, it outlines the responsibilities of each party during the launch phase, such as timelines, deliverables, and coordination requirements. For example, it may specify when the service is considered officially launched and what criteria must be met for launch approval. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the launch process, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and delays.
