Lative Security Program. Lative shall maintain an information security program for the Lative Services that aligns with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework and the Information Security Management Standard (ISMS) family of standards (ISO/IEC 27000 standard series) or such other alternative standards as are substantially equivalent to these standards for the establishment, implementation, control, and improvement of the Lative Security Standards.
