Late availability Sample Clauses

The "Late availability" clause defines the terms and conditions under which a product, service, or resource may be delivered or made accessible later than originally scheduled. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for notifying the affected party of the delay, any permissible grace periods, and potential remedies or penalties for late delivery. For example, it may specify that if a supplier cannot provide goods by the agreed date, they must inform the buyer in writing and may be subject to a reduction in payment or other consequences. The core function of this clause is to manage expectations and responsibilities in the event of delays, thereby reducing disputes and providing a clear framework for addressing late availability.

The date of the rent indexation will remains unaltered.
