When a disaster or emergency situation exists across multiple Caltrans Districts, counties, or local agency jurisdictions, CSO may at its discretion provide a blanket emergency procedures notification to the SHPO and ACHP for work that will begin within 30 days of the formal emergency declaration. The blanket notification will reference the applicable emergency declaration and identify the affected counties and Caltrans Districts. The Cultural Studies Office may request an extension of the period of applicability from the SHPO, with concurrent notification to ACHP, prior to the 30-days.
