Large Equipment. 1. ZRD shall assemble equipment which is delivered in a dismantled state exclusively and at the expense of the lessee. The same shall apply to dismantling before return. 2. Skilled persons from ZRD shall be exclusively responsible for putting the equipment into service and instructing the operating staff. 3. The lessee warrants that the equipment shall only be operated by suitable and experienced skilled staff or by staff instructed by ZRD.
