Language; Transcript Sample Clauses

Language; Transcript. English shall be the official language of the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Relevant documents in other languages shall be translated into English if the arbitrators so direct. A written transcript in English of the hearing will be made and furnished to the parties.
