Common use of Language Proficiency Allowance Clause in Contracts

Language Proficiency Allowance. (1) Language Proficiency Allowance will be paid fortnightly to an employee at a rate commensurate with the level achieved in an officially recognised language test. The allowance will be payable where the use of the language in which the employee has a qualification is a requirement for the performance of their duties.
