Language Pathologists. An salary will be paid to full-time Speech Language Pathologists who will work on a school year basis. The School Board may schedule hours of work and work schedules and determine duties in the same manner as provided to the School Board vis teachers under the School Act. The annualized includes all payments (including statutory holidays, vacation, overtime, gratuity,cartage, etc.). Deductions for unpaid absences will be the same as the calculation used for unpaid absent teachers. The Masters scale applies to Speech Language Pathologists who have a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology that is equivalent to that obtained at the University of British Columbia.
