Language allowances. 22.4.1 Employees holding a priority one or priority two language badge must receive a language utilisation allowance of $1.20 per duty hour credit when they operate a pattern with a designated language matching their language(s) in addition to the normal rate of pay. 22.4.2 Employees holding a priority one language badge must receive a language skills allowance of $15 each week in addition to the normal rate of pay. 22.4.3 Employees holding a priority two language must receive a language skills allowance of $10 each week in addition to the normal rate of pay.
