Landscaping Security Clause Samples

The Landscaping Security clause requires the provision of a financial guarantee or deposit to ensure that landscaping work is completed according to contract specifications. Typically, this security is held by the property owner or developer and may be in the form of cash, a bond, or another acceptable instrument, and is only released once the landscaping has been satisfactorily finished and inspected. This clause serves to protect the property owner by ensuring that the contractor fulfills all landscaping obligations, thereby reducing the risk of incomplete or substandard work.
