Landscape Design / Documentation. .01 During the Schematic Design Phase consisting of consideration of alternate materials, systems and equipment and development of conceptual design solutions for land forms, hardscape and landscape based on program requirements, physical site characteristics, design objectives and environmental determinants. .02 During the Design Development Phase consisting of continued development and expansion of landscape Schematic Design Documents and development of outline Specifications or materials lists to establish final scope and preliminary details for landscape work. .03 During the Contract Documents Phase consisting of preparation of Drawings and Specifications based on approved Design Development Documents, setting forth in detail the landscape requirements for the Project.
