Landlord shall also have the right to engage qualified Hazardous Materials consultants to inspect the Premises and review the Handling by Tenant of Hazardous Materials, including review of all permits, reports, plans, and other documents regarding same. Tenant shall pay to Landlord on demand the costs of Landlord's consultants' fees and all costs incurred by Landlord in performing Tenant's obligations under this Section. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to minimize any interference with Tenant's business caused by Landlord's entry into the Premises, but Landlord shall not be responsible for any interference caused thereby.
