Common use of Landlord's Right to Assign or Transfer Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Right to Assign or Transfer. It is agreed that Landlord may (in connection with a sale, transfer or financing of all or any substantial part of the Hotel) at any time assign or transfer its interest as Landlord in and to this Lease, or the rents payable hereunder, or at any time sell or transfer its interest in the fee of the Premises, or its interest in and to the Premises, without notice or obtaining any approval from Tenant.
