Common use of Landlord’s Authorized Agents Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Authorized Agents. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Lease to the contrary, including without limitation the definition of Landlord’s Agents, PNC Bank N.A. (the Trustee of Landlord) and Xxxxxxx Associates Real Estate Counsel, Inc. (the Authorized Signatory of Landlord) are the only entities authorized to amend, renew or terminate this Lease or to compromise any of Landlord’s claims under this Lease or to bind Landlord in any manner with respect to this Lease.
