Common use of Landlord’s Assignment Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Assignment. Landlord shall have the right to transfer and assign in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise. Its rights and obligations under this Lease whenever Landlord, in its sole judgment, deems it appropriate without any liability to Tenant and Tenant shall attorn to any party to which Landlord transfers the Leased Premises.
