Common use of Landlord's Agreements Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Agreements. Borrower will provide or cause to be provided, on the Effective Date, landlord waivers and agreements in a form acceptable to DFS with respect to leased real property and with respect to any future leases, prior to entering into them.

Landlord's Agreements. Borrower will provide or cause to be provided, on the Effective Date, landlord waivers and agreements in a form acceptable to DFS, as DFS shall reasonably request, with respect to leased real property as described on Exhibit 8.17, as applicable, and with respect to any future leasesleases which would be required to be listed on Exhibit 8.17, prior to entering into them.
