Common use of Landlord Waiver Clause in Contracts

Landlord Waiver. If requested by Dell, You will arrange for Your Site landlord to sign a landlord waiver agreement confirming Dell’s ownership of the APEX System and Dell’s right to access the APEX System in connection with the APEX Service and this Agreement.

Landlord Waiver. If requested by Dell, You will arrange (or You will ensure that Customer arranges) for Your Customer Site landlord to sign a landlord waiver agreement confirming Dell’s ownership of the APEX System and Dell’s right to access the APEX System in connection with the APEX Service and this Agreement.

Landlord Waiver. If requested by Dell, You will arrange (or You will ensure that Reseller or Customer arranges) for Your Site landlord to sign a landlord waiver agreement confirming Dell’s ownership of the APEX System and Dell’s right to access the APEX System in connection with the APEX Service and this Agreement.
