Common use of LANDLORD ENTRY Clause in Contracts

LANDLORD ENTRY. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to allow ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or his agent to enter the Premises for any purpose, including but not limited to repairs, inspection, or future leasing, at any time, provided that Landlord shall give Tenant notice of the scheduled entry by telephone, email, or in person no later than the calendar day preceding the entry. The Tenant may waive the notice requirement at his or her discretion. The notice requirement shall be automatically waived in the event of an emergency.
