Landlord Consents. Promptly after the date hereof, the parties shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to mutually seek the consent of the lessor to any Real Property Leases that require consent as a condition to an assignment of the lease which consents are identified in Schedule 4.1.6(a). If a lessor refuses to consent to a lease assignment, and if the applicable lease permits a sublease without the consent of the lessor, the parties hereto shall, effective as of the Closing, enter into a sublease upon terms and conditions as similar and comparable to an assignment of the lease as is reasonably feasible.
