Common use of Landlord and Storage Agreements Clause in Contracts

Landlord and Storage Agreements. Upon request, provide the Administrative Agent with copies of all existing agreements, and promptly after execution thereof provide the Administrative Agent with copies of all future agreements, between a Loan Party and any landlord, warehouseman, processor, shipper, bailee or other Person that owns any location at which any Material Collateral is kept or that is a Significant Inventory Location for which the Agent is entitled to request a Lien Waiver pursuant to Section 6.14, or that otherwise possesses or handles any Material Collateral.

Upon requestthe reasonable request of the Administrative Agent, provide the Administrative Agent with copies of: (i) any of all the existing agreements, and promptly after execution thereof provide the Administrative Agent with copies of all (ii) any future agreements, between a Loan any Credit Party and any landlord, warehouseman, processor, shipper, warehouseman or bailee or other Person that which owns any location premises at which any Material Collateral is kept or that is a Significant Inventory Location for which the Agent is entitled may, from time to request a Lien Waiver pursuant to Section 6.14time, or that otherwise possesses or handles any Material Collateralbe kept.
