Landlord Allocations. Throughout the Contract Period the Contractor acknowledges and agrees and shall procure that the Landlord may only allocate or nominate persons to become Tenants of or otherwise permit any person to occupy any of the Apartments in accordance with the terms of the Allocation Protocol.
