Common use of Landlord Access Clause in Contracts

Landlord Access. Landlord or Landlord’s agent shall have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times to examine the same, or to show them to prospective purchasers or lessees of the Building, or to make all repairs, alterations, improvements or additions as Landlord may deem necessary or desirable, and Landlord shall be allowed to take all material into and upon said Premises that may be required therefor without the same constituting an eviction of Tenant in whole or in part, and rent shall not ▇▇▇▇▇ while said repairs, alterations, improvements, or additions are being made, by reason of loss or interruption of business of Tenant, or otherwise. During the ninety days prior to the expiration of the Rental Term of this Lease or any renewal term, Landlord may exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants and place upon the Premises the usual notices “To Let” or “For Rent” which notices Tenant shall permit to remain thereon without molestation.
