Land Use Permit i. The developer or Fairfax County (Permittee), as applicable depending on which person or entity is constructing the new road, must apply for a VDOT permit to start the construction. All proposed items within the ROW (existing and supplemental) will be covered under VDOT permit bond/inspection.

The Borrower shall develop and implement such programs, policies and procedures as are necessary to comply with the Patriot Act and shall promptly advise Agent in writing in the event that the Borrower shall determine that any investors in the Borrower are in violation of such act.

  • Permits, Licenses, Etc Each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries possesses all permits, licenses, patents, patent rights or licenses, trademarks, trademark rights, trade names rights, and copyrights which are material to the conduct of its business.
