Land Parcel Clause Samples

Land Parcel. CITY hereby leases to LESSEE, and LESSEE hereby leases from the CITY, the real property on the Airport described in Exhibit A (“Leased Premises”), consisting of seven (7) acres, more or less.

Land Parcel. Lessor hereby leases unto Lessee and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor for the term and upon the rental and conditions hereinafter stated, the real property, marked Parcel C on the plot plan, Exhibit “A”, attached hereto and made a part hereof, situated in the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, together with the following structures thereon which Lessee acknowledges are the property of Lessor: An office building of approximately three thousand (3,000) square feet of improved space, a hanger/shop/office building of approximately ten thousand (10,000) square feet, with attached office space of approximately five thousand (5,000) square feet, in two levels, an attached storage structure of approximately two thousand (2,000) square feet, and an attached vehicle shop of approximately three thousand (3,000) square feet.

Land Parcel. (This section is hereby modified to read as follows) County hereby leases unto Operator and Operator hereby leases from County for the term and upon the conditions hereinafter stated, the real property owned by the County, with a common address of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, together with the following structures thereon which Operator acknowledges are the property of County: An office building of approximately 3,500 square feet of improved space, together with the equipment currently at the landfill, which is itemized on Exhibit "A,", attached hereto and made a part hereof. County reserves for its’ own use all portions of the property to the west of a line, illustrated in the attached Exhibit “C”, that runs from a point on the existing fence at 37.622186, -104.759698 or proximate thereto to a point on the existing fence at 37.622735, -104.760302 or proximate thereto.

Land Parcel. 1.1. The City leases unto the Lessee for the term, use, and under the conditions herein, the real property on the Airport described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and hereinafter called the "Premises," consisting of 12,780 square feet, more or less, and known as South Parcel 11SD.
