Land Charges. 8.1 This Deed is a local land charge and shall be registered as such by IWC. 8.2 Upon the full satisfaction of all the terms of this Deed the Owner may request that IWC procure that all entries In the register of local land charges relating to it other than those obligations which are of continuing effect be removed as soon as reasonably practicable.
