LAND CERTIFICATE. 22.1 It being acknowledged that the Company has filed a statutory declaration in the form disclosed to the Purchaser at HM Land Registry requesting a replacement land certificate under Title Number NN92526 the Vendor hereby agrees to provide such assistance to the Purchaser as the Purchaser may reasonably require in relation to the pursuit of the relevant application by the Company.
22.2 The Vendor will indemnify the Purchaser against any loss the Purchaser may suffer as a result of the Vendor's failure to produce the relevant original land certificate at Completion.
