Labour Charges. (a) the salaries and wages of Employees in an amount calculated by taking the full salary or wage of each Employee multiplied by that fraction which has as its numerator the total time for the month that the Employees were directly engaged in the conduct of Operations and as its denominator the total normal working time for the month of the Employee; (b) the Reasonable Expenses of the Employees; and (c) Employee Benefits and Government Contributions in respect of the Employees in an amount proportionate to the charge made to the Joint Account in respect to their salaries and wages.
