Labor Requirements. 2.7.1 Construction Manager shall provide an analysis of the types and quantities of labor required for the Project, taking into account any applicable prevailing wage requirements, and review the availability of appropriate categories of labor required for critical Phases. Construction Manager shall make recommendations for actions designed to minimize adverse effects of labor shortages. 2.7.2 Construction Manager shall identify or verify applicable requirements for equal employment opportunity programs for inclusion in the proposed Contract Documents, including University’s policy with respect to equal opportunity and the promotion of open competition among all qualified firms in the marketplace.
