LABOR-MANAGEMENT TASK FORCE. The parties recognize that delivery of public services in the most efficient and effective manner is of paramount importance and interest to County Fire and SEBA. Maximized productivity is recognized to be a mutual obligation of both parties within their respective roles and responsibilities. To this end, the parties agree that a Labor Management Task Force comprised of equal numbers of management and employees shall be created as necessary to address issues which affect the efficient and effective delivery of public services appropriate to each department and Unit employees.
