Labor Issues. No labor problem or dispute with the employees of the Company exists or, to the Company’s knowledge, is threatened or imminent, which would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, to the Company’s knowledge, no key employee or significant group of employees of the Company plans to terminate employment with the Company.
