L11 Sample Clauses

L11. The only recognized personnel file of a Teacher shall be maintained at the Board Office and shall be available and open to the Teacher for inspection in the presence of the Superintendent of Human Resources or designate. Arrangements to access the file shall be made with the Superintendent of Human Resources or designate at a mutually agreeable time.

L11. The Board shall keep any medical information in separate files accessible only to the appropriate Human Resources personnel and the Teacher.

L11. Any staff possessing Program Seniority shall be considered secondary teachers with all the rights and responsibilities identified under the Secondary Collective Agreement.

L11. An employee who is off payroll and in receipt of benefits from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board shall, upon written request, be entitled to continue to participate in all of the benefits which they might choose from the Collective Agreement in effect between the Bargaining Unit and the Board, until they reach the age of 65. The Board agrees to continue to pay all applicable premiums, provided the employee reimburses the Board in full. Such continuance is dependent upon satisfying the carrier’s conditions.

L11. During the term of the transfer, the teacher will be considered to be on a leave of absence from the secondary panel in accordance with Article L9 and will retain a position on the secondary seniority list in accordance with Article L12.

L11. The length of the school year shall be the minimum required under the Education Act.

L11. The Board believes and is obligated to ensure that all Occasional Teachers are entitled to a healthy and safe environment free from harassment in the workplace.

L11. Notwithstanding L11.13.01, Teachers absent for inclement weather reasons (see Article L30.02.10) may not be replaced by an Occasional Teacher in schools where it is determined by board procedure that student attendance on inclement weather days is minimal.
