Common use of L-C Amount Clause in Contracts

L-C Amount. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that Section 21.3.1 of the Office Lease, Section 8 of the Summary of Basic Lease Information, and Section 10.1 of the Second Amendment are hereby deleted and replaced with “One Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Two and 00/100 Dollars ($1,782,872.00).”
