KWSC SYSTEM. 6.1 KWSC will maintain the KWSC System in a manner which complies with all governing laws, standards and guidelines, including the current edition of the following: a) ISC Water and Wastewater Policy; b) ISC Program Directives and Standards; c) ISC Level of Service Standards; d) ISC Design Guidelines for First Nation Water Works; e) ISC Protocol for Centralized Drinking Water Systems in First Nation Communities; f) Fire Underwriters Survey: Water Supply for Public Protection; g) Health Canada: Guidelines for Drinking Water Quality; h) BC Drinking Water Protection Act; and
