Common use of Kuwait Clause in Contracts

Unless all necessary approvals from the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry required by Law No. 31/1990, its Executive Regulations and the various Ministerial Orders issued pursuant thereto or in connection therewith, have been given in relation to the marketing, of and sale of the notes, these notes may not be offered for sale, nor sold in the State of Kuwait. Neither this pricing supplement, nor any of the information contained therein is intended to lead to the conclusion of any contract of whatsoever nature within Kuwait.
