Common use of Kronos Exception Log Clause in Contracts

Kronos Exception Log. Pay changes that are not automated and/or cannot be entered at the time clock must be manually recorded on the Exception Log during the open pay period and will be paid on time in the regular paycheck, subject to manager verification and approval. If an Exception Log entry is not approved for payment, the nurse will be notified and provided with an explanation before the next pay period elapses. The Employer will ensure Kronos training is available at regular intervals for nurses with a need for refresher training. Training will include, but not limited to, proper clock usage, the process to submit corrections and paycheck/pay stub display education.
