Common use of KPI Reporting Clause in Contracts

KPI Reporting. 13.2.1 TransGrid may, from time to time, provide the Supplier with a written report reflecting the Supplier’s performance against any KPIs for the Works (“KPI Report”). TransGrid may direct the Supplier to provide a response to the KPI Report. The Supplier may request a copy of the KPI Report where KPIs have been established for the Works. 13.2.2 TransGrid reserves all rights in respect of the use of the KPI Reports and the Supplier’s response to the KPI Reports in evaluating future tender responses, invitations to tender or calls for expression of interest by TransGrid.
