Each of the Parties hereby acknowledges that it is sophisticated, knowledgeable and active in the business of oil and gas investments, operations and exploration, that such business involves substantial risks, and that there is no guarantee or representation whatsoever that any of the prospects covered by this Agreement will be productive of oil, gas or other minerals.
