Common use of Knowledge of the Credit Parties Clause in Contracts

Knowledge of the Credit Parties. All references to the knowledge of any Credit Party or to facts known by any Credit Party shall mean actual knowledge or notice of a senior officer of such Credit Party or of any of such Credit Party’s Subsidiaries or any division of such Credit Party, as the case may be, or knowledge which such Person could reasonably have acquired through the exercise of due inquiry.
