Knowledge of the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent shall not be deemed to have knowledge of any default by any person under any Purchase Contract, unless and until a Responsible Officer of the Collateral Agent assigned to its Corporate Trustee Administration Department shall have actual knowledge thereof or shall have received written notice thereof from the Corporation or any Holder.
