Common use of Knowledge of Borrower Clause in Contracts

Knowledge of Borrower. Whenever the term "knowledge of Borrower" or words of similar import are used in this Agreement or any other Loan Document with respect to the existence or absence of any fact, it shall mean that any one or more of the following Persons knows or should have known, based upon the reasonable inquiry of such Person, of the existence or absence of such fact: Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx X.
