Know Your Customer Information. The Borrower and each other Credit Party shall have provided all information requested by the Administrative Agent and each Lender (to the extent requested in writing (which may be by e-mail) at least 3 Business Days prior to the Closing Date) in order to comply with applicable “know your customer” and Anti-Money Laundering Laws including without limitation, the Patriot Act.
