Common use of Know-How Clause in Contracts

Know-How. “Know-How” shall mean any and all technical information, both presently available at the Effective Date of this Agreement and hereafter developed or acquired, that relates to Products and shall include, without limitation, all manufacturing data and any other information relating to Products and useful for the development, manufacture, or effectiveness of Products.

Know-How. “Know-How” " shall mean any and all technical information, both information presently available at or generated during the Effective Date term of this Agreement and hereafter developed or acquired, that relates to Products or Improvements and shall include, without limitation, all trade secrets, formulae, manufacturing data and any other information relating to Products or Improvements and useful for the development, manufacture, or effectiveness of ProductsProduct.
