Kitting Sample Clauses
The Kitting clause defines the process by which individual components or items are grouped together into a single package or kit for delivery or use. In practice, this clause outlines the responsibilities of the supplier or manufacturer to assemble specified parts, materials, or products into pre-determined kits before shipment to the buyer or end user. This ensures that all necessary items are provided together, streamlining logistics and reducing the risk of missing components, thereby improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
