Kitchen Drainage. The Supplier shall undertake cleaning of the kitchen drainage systems including disinfection and degreasing system at appropriate frequencies, to a minimum frequency of twice per year, or as otherwise agreed with DCC Account Manager in advance in compliance with regulations and authoritative guidance and provide appropriate certification. Before and after photographs shall be taken to prove the effectiveness of the works.
