The KIT clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the provision, use, or maintenance of equipment, tools, or materials necessary for fulfilling contractual obligations. In practice, this clause may specify which party is responsible for supplying certain items, outline standards for their condition, or set procedures for inspection and replacement. Its core function is to ensure that all necessary resources are available and properly managed, thereby preventing disputes or delays caused by missing or inadequate equipment.

Student names should be clearly marked on all garments. Hoodies/sweatshirts are not part of the PE kit and are not allowed to be worn as an alternative. No jewellery is allowed in lessons. The only jogging bottoms allowed are the navy tracksuit bottoms (with school logo).

TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is strongly advised that all members of the IJA National Squad take out your own annual Travel Insurance Policy. Athletes are responsible for ensuring they have the correct immunisation for the Country being visited.

KIT. “Kit” means a product that contains one or more Licensed Products that is sold for a single price in combination with other components for which no royalty would be due under this Agreement if sold separately.

Travel insurance is advised to be in place to cover unexpected delays, layovers, lost luggage and other such events. NB: it is not unknown to have to find alternate accommodation for up to a week before a flight can be rescheduled. This will be refunded by travel insurance to the policy holder at a later date. Necessary paperwork is to be completed by the policy holder. This means parents/guardians will need to cover all such expenses as they fall due. Such expenses will be non-negotiable. Alternates – be it accommodation or choice of flight or other – will be decided by consensus of the manager and the coach. .
