Common use of Keys and Records Clause in Contracts

Keys and Records. All of the keys to any door or lock on the Property owned by such Seller and the original tenant files and other non-confidential books and records (excluding any appraisals, budgets, third party reports obtained by such Seller in connection with the Property of such Seller (other than the Existing Environmental Reports), strategic plans for the Property of such Seller, internal analyses, information regarding the marketing of the Property of such Seller for sale, submissions relating to such Seller’s obtaining of corporate or partnership authorization, attorney and accountant work product, attorney-client privileged documents, or other information in the possession or control of such Seller which such Seller reasonably deems proprietary) relating to the Property in the possession of such Seller; and

All of the keys to any door or lock on the Property owned by such Seller Property, security codes and the original tenant files and other non-confidential books and records (excluding any appraisals, budgets, third party reports obtained by such Seller in connection with the Property of such Seller (other than the Existing Environmental ReportsReport), strategic plans for the Property of such SellerProperty, internal analyses, information regarding the marketing of the Property of such Seller for sale, reconciliation analysis and reports for lease years 2015 and 2016, submissions relating to such Seller’s obtaining of corporate or partnership authorization, attorney and accountant work product, attorney-client privileged documents, or other information information, in the possession or control of such Seller which such Seller reasonably deems proprietary) relating to the Property in the possession of such Seller; andSeller to the extent not previously provided to Purchaser;

All of the keys to and access cards for any door or lock on the Property owned by such Seller and the original tenant files files, plans and specifications and unexpired warranties, if any, and other non-confidential books and records (excluding any appraisals, budgets, third party reports obtained by such Seller in connection with the Property of such Seller (other than the Existing Environmental ReportsReport), strategic plans for the Property of such SellerProperty, internal analyses, information regarding the marketing of the Property of such Seller for sale, submissions relating to such Seller’s obtaining of corporate or partnership authorization, attorney and accountant work product, attorney-client privileged documents, or other information information, in the possession or control of such Seller which such Seller reasonably deems proprietary) relating to the Property in the possession of such Seller; andSeller to the extent not previously provided to Purchaser;
