Key Professionals Clause Samples

The Key Professionals clause identifies specific individuals whose expertise or involvement is essential to the performance of a contract or project. It typically requires that these named professionals remain assigned to the work and may restrict their replacement without the other party’s consent, ensuring continuity and maintaining the agreed level of skill or experience.
