Key Personnel TOC. Any change in the Key Personnel identified in Exhibit A2, Scope of Work, shall require prior approval of the State. The State shall not unreasonably delay its determination whether to provide such approval. The University will provide any documentation required to facilitate the State’s determination of whether or not to approve the proposed change in Key Personnel.
